I drink a lot of coffee ... so I brush my teeth with baking soda before and after I brush my teeth with a whitening toothpaste. I also do a peroxide rinse once a week.
i got something called smile kits off of groupon and I love it- it's like legit with the actual mouth trays and everything it's really cool... i'd suggest looking on groupon because they always have deals going on

crest white strips is the way to go. That's what I'm using & they have always worked great for me.
Plus white in the tube!! Trust me
I'm wearing the crest white strips as we speak! I didn't want to do it too close to the wedding because it makes my teeth sensitive for a little while
