230 5th is pretty good for a rooftop bar. It is very expensive, but most of the rooftop bars are expensive. Bar 13 has a rooftop too, and cheaper drinks, but it is a pretty popular NYU hangout. Rare View has a huge rooftop and it is a lot of fun for after work drinks...never been for a Sat. night type deal, but I love it.

230 fifth, rare, ava penthouse lounge.. havent been to ava in a while, used to be great.
