try verbena designs and desings by rose, I have heard good things about them!

i highly recommend Designs by Rose
they will work within your budget - if i had stuck to my original plan i would have had awesome flowers for a very low prices
LOL but now i keep adding and adding and adding ( still *i think* for a great price!)
