Recommendations for Japenese Hair Straightening in Suffolk or Nassau, TIA!
Hi! I've already gotten the Japenese straightening done in Queens 3 times but would like to find a place closer to home. Preferable Western Suffolk/Eastern Nassau. But any recommendation would be appreciated! I'd like to find a reasonable place that charges around $200 or $250.

Did you go to H a i r V i l l a g e in Queens? I love it there. I don't know of any other places on the island that do it for that cheap. Let me know if you do.

He did a great job. I dont think they are that popular/busy yet so him (the owner) & his wife worked on only me. It took about 3-4 hrs & he was cheap. First time was $180 now $200 b/c my hair is longer. The last time i went (my 3rd time) I was a bit turned off, I had noticeable breakage which I never had before & it just didnt seem as silkly and smooth. It may be b/c it was my third time, I dont know. So between that & the fact that its an hour drive each way (and always traffic!!) I decided to look closer to home. But if you're willing to make the drive I would recommend it. I may go back if I dont find a place out there.
