We are going to the Royalton tomorrow to discuss our menu.
Is there anything you've had at the Royalton that was out of this world that you recommend that we serve for our cocktail hour, entree, or dessert?
Thanks!

The Chilean Sea Bass with Lobster Risotto was amazing! We also loved the filet.

YES!
Try those spinach and cheese triangle pastry orderve things (I don't know what they are called... but you can tell Gerard that Kerri said she had it at Allegra's wedding and maybe he will know what you are talking about).
And the Quiche orderves!!! OMG those were soooooooo f*in amazing!!!! PHENOMINAL!!!
If you can, try the red velvet cake and the creme brulee!!!!!
The steak (filet) and salad (I think poached pear???) were also excellent!!!
But those were my top 2 orderves and the dessert was sooooooooo good!!!
All of the orderves were great... but those really stuck out to FH and I!!!

Yum that sounds delish. We're having a red snapper with citrus burre blanc sauce over risotto that was really really tasty at the tasting. I almost always order steak at weddings but I'm definitely ordering the fish on our wedding night.
Not that I'll be able to eat much....

YUM!! Sounds great!!! One thing though, the Royalton for some reason keeps spelling 'beurre blanc' wrong! It isn't 'burre'. I don't know if you're anal, but I speak French, and I'm anal! They did that same sauce for our Sea Bass I think, and I caught the misspelling. Don't know if you care, not trying to be rude either.

I'm anal as well!!! I noticed that they did have a lot of misspellings on the example past menus they gave me and that bothered me too! I guess that's one good thing about them not providing menu cards for the event, right?!
