depends what you want to go for...its big and its 4 floors, its on 52nd and 5th ave.
if you want just a manicure or something like that then go...but i know i wanted to go there for a facial and i was told they're not THAT great...if you just want a simple facial then its fine but i am having problems with my skin and i was told not to go there

I went to the one in Westchester NY and it was great I got a mani & a pedi then a swedish massage the massage was great I guess it depends on where you go- I'm sure the one in NY is good also . The facility was gorgeous and very relaxing.

I went to the One in Garden City. Their Massages are awesome! and I heard their facials are great too.
