red or white?

red or white?

Someone told me red wine has less calories than white, however, red stains your teeth.

I know the staining is true, but is that accurate for calories?

i actually heard white has less, but i dont even know if its fair to say either one has more or less. It all depends on the type of wine, alcohol content, etc.

well i am going to a wedding this weekend and i cant have beer or sugary mixed drinks.

I thought white was less too, but someone literally shut me down in argument saying red had less. i thought maybe you ladies would know more than me (and him).

(you have no idea how badly i crave a margarita right now )

I reccommend vodka straight... it's on the diet!

i can't handle straight liqour, what about mixed with like a light cranberry juice?

i just wanna be able to have one drink without feeling guilty about it.

Have a white wine spritzer (white wine with club soda/seltzer and an optional lime or lemon wedge). Very low in calories!

My trainer told me red is TERRIBLE. .. she said if I have to have anything just to drink white

how bout a vodka and diet soda? i always drink rum and diet coke but i dont know if rum is very 'healthy'

eta doesnt bethenny from nyc housewives has a recipe for a skinnygirl margarita- maybe u can order that! lol
