Reeses Peanutbutter Bars

A coworker made these and they were amazing-- other than the fact that they are not surrounded by chocolate, they taste JUST like Reese Peanutbutter cups!!

Ingredients:
1/2 c melted butter
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 c powdered sugar
1 c creamy peanutbutter
1/4 c milk
12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Press onto bottom of a 10x15 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and milk and pour over mixture in pan. Refrigerate until top is hard and cut into squares. Leave in refrigerator overnight.

I made something similar, just put the mixture in individual gram cracker crust cups.

I made these today for a lunch I was having for our friends... I HATE peanut butter, but they were a big hit and very easy to make.... from everyone, they said they were delicious!
