refund on your e ring

i was reading in my bridal guide magazine..or one of those that some stors give you a refund on your engagement ring and wedding bands if it rains a half an inch or more on your wedding day
a lot of the stores they said seem like they are in the tri state area..so call them up and check

I read a story about that too. There aren't many jewelers that do it though

being that it rains they say its bad luck..i always thought it was good luck

but some places do this..i dont know about the chain mall stores..i think a few private

Id rather let them keep their money and have nice weather on my day. My biggest fear is that it is gonig to rain. And that would ruin so many things!

yeah seriously!!! and anyone that says when it rains its good luck is a bunch of BS LOL they just say that cause its the only thing that u can say to keep u from being miserable that its raining out!! hahah (i mean obviously ull be happy that you are marrying FH but u want it to be nice out too!!)

I JUST read that today in Modern Bride! That's so funny. For those who didn't read the article, it says that there are actually jewelry stores that will refund you the money for your engagment ring if it rains heavily on your wedding day. Isn't this nuts??? I don't know what place would do such a thing, I've never heard about it either.

if i got a ring from places that did this..id do a friggin rain dance the night before..who cares..you get a little wet..to some people that could be like a 4 or 5 thousand dollar refund..AND YOU GET TO KEEP YOUR RING!!!
