regarding kids at your wedding

ok so i dont really have 'kids' at my wedding.. i have my 11 year old brother and 13 year old sister, a 16 year old cousin & thats about it. my brother and i think my sister wont eat off of a regular menu so do i get them to make 2 different dinners?? what do you think i should do? i doubt they'll make a complete different menu for 2 people. also. i have a neice that'll be 1 years old. do you think its a bad idea of having her as a flower girl if she's that young and her parents are in my bridal party? i'm very anti kids at a ceremony due to the fact of kids screaming during my vows and stuff like that but she is very special to us. and if we did that, should we invite someone to babysit her so her parents can enjoy our wedding or should we just forget about it all together?

p.s. i figured my 11 year old brother could bring her out on like a wagon or something like that since she probably will be just walking

As far as the dinners go... Most halls offer children's meals (and most are discounted up to a certain number of kids.) Although your brother and sister aren't too young, I would see if they would like the food on the children's menu. Good luck.

i don't think it's bad that your niece will be your flower girl - i think it's cute! just make sure your guests know that these are the ONLY kids to be at you wedding and why.

as for the food, i know places usually have like a back up dish of pasta and sauce or something for vegetarians or people with dietary things - would they eat that? talk to your hall and see what they can do. if it's only two kids, they may just throw together some spaghetti and meatballs or mac and cheese at no charge. if it becomes a big issue, i'd order/make something from somewhere else and have them just put it on a plate for your siblings. i wouldn't think it'd be a problem though.
