Registered Yesterday

I went with my mom and FMIL and I am still stressed out about it.
I'm one of those people who has a hard time saying NO but, I did and registered for everything I wanted and liked.

It was almost suicidal. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I can't believe I got through it and walked out with a headache only.

It's crazy! FMIL never really was involved or hasn't been to many weddings, showers etc. so everything wedding related (especially a NY wedding) is new to her.

It's so hard to say 'NO, I don't like this flatware andNO I don't need to register for a $30.00 cookbook' and she kept asking WHY I need a $200 iron.....

I know she means well but, wow it's hard explaining WHY you want something...you just do. I love my china pattern and I love my silverware but WOW- I was so stressed picking it out!
