Is everyone registering for sterling cutlery? I dont know if I really want it but fmil keeps bringing it up. TIA

nope.

my mom has a lot of sterling pieces, flatware, tea pots, goblets, etc, all passed down from prior generations and it requires a lot, and I mean a LOT of polishing and cleaning.

It wasn't something I wanted to deal with.
