Ok im stupid maybe but my wedding is in September is January a good time for me to register or is it too early? My fear is to fall in love with something and register for it and have the company not make it anymore :(

it really depends on your situation....FH and I didn't really want to register for the e-party bc i didn't want people to feel obligated to buy from it. Also, we are probably moving this summer and don't know where yet...so its hard to know what kind of stuff we will need....we are def going to wait awhile before we register....
If you want to do it, I say go for it. I did it a couple of months ago, and sometimes I'll jump on and change some things around
It def does depend on your situation. I got engaged in Novemeber, having an engagement party in February and getting married in July 2010. FH and I don't live together yet so we need so much. I'm planning to register for the basics such as everyday plates, mugs, silverware, towels and then later as it gets closer to the wedding register for the bigger things.
We registered after being engaged for a month, its good to have your registry done. Plus you could edit your registry online if you change your mind on things.
I soooo registered and then registed for some more stuff today and I'm not marrying FH til 2010
My FH and I are going to register in January and we are getting married in October. I can't wait to do it! I think it will be fun to pick everything out with FH!
I already registered and I'm not getting married until 11/1/09. We registered I think 2 months after getting engaged b/c ppl started asking us already where we were registered. And besides you can always change your registry. If you decide you don't like something just return it for something else you like better.
It's really up to you when you want to register but the sooner the better in case people wanna buy you stuff for your engagement. Btw, you can change things whenever you want. The only problem with registering too early is that some items become discontinued.
