Registering - vent

Registering - vent

So I finally got around to registering... but I am having a huge problem (least I think so).

I want to read reviews on everything and pick based on those reviews. Is anyone here as anal as I am?

It tookme a whole evening to decide what kind of food processor I want.

No...I just picked out the one that looked the prettiest. (Don't even get me started with my purple vaccum cleaner).

Register for the basics and then do some research and change it at your leisure on the computer

Arg, I'm dreading registering cause I know it's gonna cause a whole lot of work for me. I'm gonna have to be anal and do my homework so I pick out exactly what we want for the rest of our lives. The pressure!!!

One thing you could try is to go to Amazon.com and read reviews there. They sell a lot of kitchen stuff and people do submit reviews. I was glad I did that, because I was going to register for a coffee urn and a coffeemaker that both received terrible reviews from most of the customers.

Yes, registering can be a nuisance, but it will be worth it in the long run, I think.

FH and I really had trouble deciding on 12 piece settings or 8 and what wine glasses to get. We don't drink much wine, and our friends/family aren't big wine drinkers either, so we just got goblets. We've also got a small family, so we went with the 8 piece settings.

Lots to think about!
