registery at macy and bbb

Do you get cards you can include in your shower invites??/

I didn't get any when i registered at BBB, i don't know about Macy's.

I did at both, at bbb they even gave us labels with our names on them to put on the cards so we didn't have to write it out

I registered at Macy's and I was given cards for the invites.

If you have the cards then there's no point in writing it on the invitation. Isn't that the point of the card?

Yeah, if there's a card you probably don't need to write it on the invite.

Both places give you the cards. And I agree, if you add the cards in the shower invites, there's no need to mention it on the invite too.

I got them from both.. but didn't use them cause i made my own..lol

Not to be negative- but i was VERY disappointed in my registry at BB- everyone complained that NOTHING was in stock and they had to dish out extra $$ for shipping

My shower was last sunday- and i am still waiting on gifts that ppl ordered over 4 weeks ago

Just make sure- somehow that your items will be available for your guests

BBB sent me cards but since thats the only place we registered MOH just had it printed on the invite. we thought it was nicer that way.

That is the only Place I registered too so I think I am going to just print them on the invites

BBB gives you cards, and also prints clear labels with your names and registry on them so you can stick it on the cards, I liked that a lot.

Macy's gives you cards too, but it just includes a space to hand write your names..._____ and _____ are registered at Macy's...etc. A little annoying, but not a super big deal.

And yes, I have the same gripe with BBB. Majority of the things on their website are not in the store, OR they will discontinue things from their website but they are still available via phone ordering, but doesn't specify, so basically, if something goes to that little abyss at the very end of your registry, you ain't getting it, and if you really want it, you're going to have to order them yourselves.
