Most stores give you one when you go in to register!

the one from BBB is great! It is very specific - the one I got from my store wasnt as good.

where ever you register with, they will give you a list. you can also go online to the store you want to register and get it there as well.

The stores give you the list... and honestly, take Mom! She really helped us think about what we really needed, i wouldnt' have thought to register for a mattress pad for example

When you go there they usually give you one. Or you can go to Bed Bath and Beyond web site and they have one on there.
