Re: Registry

I started registering but i don't want to give anyone the link yet, because I don't want to receive anything off the registry until we moved.

Re: Registry

We registered at bed bath and beyond, we'll probably register at one more place for our china settings but we're not sure where yet. The only reason why we registered is because a lot of people wanted to buy us engagement gifts and we're not having an e-party and they harassed us to register until we did it.

I'm being harrassed to register too, but I think it's a little early. the wedding isn't for a year and a half, and I don't even know where we'll be living by then, and we don't have the room for stuff now. I was thinking of having my family spread the word of where we're registered once we send out STDs (a year before the wedding).

I think we will register at our one year mark that way for our birthdays and next christmas we can get some gifts from the registry as well.

Although I was thinking of registering at Fortunoffs, but I think my mom may be right. She told me to register at a cheaper store, so we get more things!!!

I highly recommend bed bath and beyond! And everyone has those 20% coupons they mail out all the time. They'll even open up the store early or stay late so you can do your registry w/out the hassle of the crowds.

I wanted to register before the holidays...but my moh (who got engaged last month) just registered and ALREADY some of her items are discontinued.....! This was at BB&B

I'm holding off untilt his time next year, or right before our engagement party (in May/June 2007)

Re: Registry

we started (but didn't finish) registering at BBB and Fortunoff, not because we wanted to, but because people keep asking where we're registered.

Same here...we figured the money we get from the e-party can be put towards the wedding.
