You can have it all on one registry. if you have a lot of guests who will be bringing gifts to the wedding, you may want to update it a little after the shower.
i have two registries but it's mostly for the shower. most if not all of my guests will give gifts for the shower, and money for the wedding. but it is all for the same thing in the end.
you can do whatever you want.. i have 2 but i hope the reg will be used for the showers not the wedding.
