its soooo damn confusing! you have to think of what you'll get, what people can afford, what did you put on macy's that you didn't put on BBB, who has a better deal? how many of this, how many of that.... I really want this HE hates it and wants that..
how did you ladies do it!?
what is the AVERAGE spending price per guest? like I don't want all my things to be over $100.00 meanwhile people usually spend $20.00 (exaggeration, but you get it lol)
I guess FH and I have to go to the store again, last time we went to BBB we only put maybe 10 things on the regy... I go on macy's website and put SOOO many things, but its all crap we'll use maybe once or twice or is far too expensive!
what are the BIG things I should be looking at, like plates and stuff right??
sorry I'm all over the place, I just want this done.

Re: REGISTRY...
Register for a wide range of things. From things that are $5 to things that are $200. Personally i didn't register for anything over $200, IF that.
Use the checklists they gave you for reference. Don't register for things that your going to use once or twice.

Re: REGISTRY...
we registered for everything i really wanted and we put a wide range of prices. my $300 food processor was already given as an eng gift... and someone else bought my $300 kitchen aid mixer. i also know that there are lots of people who would prefer to go in on a big item together.... don't stress, but don't put junk you won't use on it either just cause you think its they right price!

Re: REGISTRY...
Think of the fact that your friends/family might go into gifts together--I usually do that for showers where I'm not super close with the girl. for the last shower I went to, another friend and I went in on a whole baking set....definitely do a wide range of gifts.

ITA! Get what you need and want! A shower is when you are suppose to get the nicer things!
my advice is - if it's not something you're absolutely dying for, don't put it on there - you'll be disappointed if you don't get the things you really really wanted...
