Registry

Good morning everyone! Hope you're all safe and dry! We're sending out our stds in two weeks but we haven't registerd yet. Our wedding is in July. When is a good time to start registering and how much stuff do i register for? TIA

Well....I'm getting married May 2011, I will be sending my STD's next week. I'm going to register around Nov or Dec. because I will be sending out my invitations around Jan or Feb. And I want my shower around April. Hope it helps!!!!

We started our registry in 2 places but decided to hold off until we have room to store it all LoL!..

You can def start now if you want to.. When you go they will give you a help sheet so u don't forget stuff u might need

My shower won't be till June or July next summer, so we're going to register next year after the holidays. I don't want to do it any sooner bc a) we don't have a place to store anything and b) I heard things get discontinued very frequently.

I'm getting married next September, we are sending our STD's ( I hate saying it that way, just always makes me go 'ew' ) probably after Christmas...we already registered because I am the most impatient person in the universe haha and we don't live together yet, so we basically put EVERYTHING in the world down for a house =) If you go to Bed Bath and Beyond, they give you a booklet of what to register for - it was a big help :) good luck and have fun!! FH was obsesseeeeeeeeeeeeeed with the scan gun lol

we are getting married in May and i asked my mom when she wanted the registeries completed since she is planning my shower and I want it to be a surprise. She told me have them done by September to be on the safe side.

I'm getting married in Feb, we sent out the STD's in May. I had the registry done in April. I don't know when the shower is, but I'm thinking it might be soon (mom asked FH for a guest list).

Were having an engagement party in a couple weeks so we registered at Macy's already. It was a really fun day w/ just me & FH, he loved being in control of the scan thing they give you. We went to Macy's in roosevelt field and the bridal consultant walked us through everything we needed to put on it, even helped w/ table settings. We went home and took naps afterwards
