On Macy's thank you card registry option thingy, it shows up that someone (my sister) bought me a mixer (I think? - it says 5qt Stdmxr cinn). It's something that I didn't register for at Macy's - so how did it come up as I owe a thank you for it? Can you buy something and say it's for someone? I'm so confused...but grateful!

stand mixer woop woop! Yes you can buy something for someone and have it added to the registry so you can keep track of it etc.
