Any tips I should know about registering? It was easy saying yes to FH when he asked me to marry him but to pick an iron I'm having issues LOL Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bed Bath and Beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have a great registry tool on their site and offer incentives if you add or guests purchase a certain amount of money for one brand.

totally agree!
We registered at BB&B and had a really great experience. Plus you can just go online and add/delete things whenever you want. My advice, dont get over whelmed. If you are debating on something just put it on the registry and delete it later.
My FH and I already have a house together so we're like...'we dont need a lot of stuff' but you never realize until your registering how much stuff there is out there and we updated a lot of stuff we already had, so we're keeping our fingers crossed that we get it lol
Just remember to have fun! The scanner is the best part!

Re: Registry
We registered at Macys and Bed Bath and Beyond. We had a much better experience at BBB.
Macys just set us free with the scanner. As opposed to BBB, where someone walked around the store with us and explained everything... 'Oh, you want to register for a blender? This one is professional grade. This one does the minimum. These fall in between. This one is the most popular.'
We spent about an hour and a half in each store....at Macys we registered for 7 items, and at BBB we registered for 197 items.
We've been back to Macys like 4 times to update. BBB is pretty much done.
Both have incentives and you can do the online adding and dropping.
Hope this helps.

Re: Registry
The only thing about having the consultant walk around with you at BBB is that he/she is going to recommend the most expensive items, and the 'best' item is usually just their opinion. Our consultant scanned a $300 down comforter; when we got home we deleted it and added a $99 one that someone recently purchased.
