Registry Help!!

Registry Help!!

I am trying to change my webpage on that 'other' wedding website. It claims that it automatically searches through registries in numerous stores to find out where you're registered.

Well when we started, we were only registered at 1. Now we registered at 2 more, but there's no way to update the webpage to show this!!

Anyone know how to do this?? Everytime I click on 'our registries' on the website, it only takes you to the 1st we started with!!

Are the other 2 stores affiliated with the 'other' site?

One of them definitely is!! The other is a HM registry which I set up to be linked to it.

When did you register with the other stores? I had the same problem and it took about a day for the new stores to show up. Also the store usually gives you an option to have it listed on that 'other site', did you see that?

Re: Registry Help!!

i had the same problem with the 'other' site. I sent an email to tech support/customer svc (there is a link) and they fixed it within 1-2 days.

This is what I said:

My fiancé and I have created a wedding webpage at BLANK. I have been checking it regularly for the past few days and it does not appear to be updating our registry information. We have registered at fortunoff, crate and barrel and Bloomingdale's. I added Bloomingdale's to our web page as it was not a listed store. however, when I click on 'our registries' from our webpage it shows crate and barrel, Bloomingdale's and bed bath and beyond. We do not have a registry with bed bath and beyond. Is there a way to update this link so that it correctly shows our registries as:

crate and barrel
fortunoff
link to Bloomingdale's

Thanks.

One of them we started over a month ago!! The other one I did today.

I guess I'll contact their customer support and see if they can fix it..

Re: Registry Help!!

I had to do the same thing with that 'other' website.

I am registered at Bloomingdales and Williams-Sonoma...My mother said to me, 'I didn't know you were registered at Macy's too.'

Somehow Macy's created a registry for me...I think they got my info from one of those wedding contest things. I had been getting mail from them but just disregarded it at junk mail...

I called the Macy's Registry customer service number directly and asked that they remove my information from their database. It took about a month, but it's gone now.
