Where are you registered? I registered at two places, BBB and LNT and I think I have everything imaginable between the two but my friend said I should register at another place. I'm not sure.

Re: Registry help
i would only register at another place if you think it will be more accessable to people who are buying you gifts.
I am registered at BBB and JcPenney. I think as long as you have enouhg gifts for everyone on the registry to purchase then you are okay. IF someone else wants to buy you something from another store, they will , and i am assuming they will do so if they know your style/taste. I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you have everything you like on both registries then I don't think its a big deal.

Re: Registry help
We registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and plan to register at Macy's too. I think two places would be enough if you got everything covered within those 2 places.

Re: Registry help
Thanks. I think I have everything between the two stores and they have locations all over so that should be good. Thanks!

Re: Registry help
we registered at BBB, Macy's and Crate & Barrel but most of our stuff is on our BBB registry.
We had a lot of glassware and other accessories (platters, napkins, placemats) at C&B but they have all been purchased already by us or for our e-party. Macy's is really just our bedding and a few small things.
If you think you have everything covered you dont NEED to add a third store -- we picked C&B and Macy's as secondary registries because they had things we liked that BBB didn't carry.

Re: Registry help
Those places are great b/c they are online as well. So for those who are not close to one of those locations, can go online. I think you should be good....especially since you think you reg. for everything you need already.

I registered online at target and just went crazy adding stuff - they had so much I liked and so much that matched my decor! But then when i looked at the list, EVERYTHING I chose was available online only. Needless to say I was a bit pi$$ed. I went to the store to scan stuff, got quite a bit, but I'm still not happy with the in store selection. Then to top it off, they send me a 'Wedding Catalog' and of course the stuff in there I like isn't on their website OR in the store! W-T-F?
Right now I'm registered at Target, Macy's and BBB.

Re: Registry help
I only registered at one place!!! My sister said she put 'Sears gift cards welcome'.....something like that!! I have to say registering was the biggest pain!! I hate it!! I was so worried about the price of things...wasn't very enjoyable. I should have registered somewhere else, but it is too late now!
OMG...I just checked my registry, and somebody bought something off of it!!!
My pots, and my fondue set!!! I am soooo excited!!!

Re: Registry help
We did Pottery Barn and Fortunoff's, Fortunoff's has good prices, and feel like they have everything you'd need for a home.

I registered at BBB, Fortunoff & Macy's...only because Fortunoff and Macy's didn't have certain things I liked and Macy's did.

Re: Registry help
You are fine at those 2. I registered at target macys and BBB and honestly - I could have done one mega registry at BBB and been done with it- and thats what i wish i did.
