So I started looking into where I want to register and I thought I was definitely going to do Macys, but it seems Bed Bath and Beyond is more affordable with a lot of stylish things...so now I'm wondering if I should do both. But does it really make sense to have both? Where are you girls registering?

Re: Registry Help
Why not do both? I registered at BBB, but I think I might start a second registry somewhere else... BBB has EVERYTHING though, so I dont even know if its necessary. There are alot of people that have 2 or even 3 registries.

Re: Registry Help
I have three... Crate and Barrel for a few things I love... BBB which has the majority of my stuff because it is MUCH more affordable and people love using their BBB coupons!!! And then Macy's which I HATE right now but they have some of my China that BBB doesn't carry and the bedding I like...

Re: Registry Help
I did both and crate & barrel. It gives your guest choice- just make sure you keep track of what you put down on your reg. so you dont registry for two of somthing!

Re: Registry Help
I am registered at BOTH Macy's and Bed Bath and Beyond. I think it's normal for couples to be registered at both places! It also gives your guests more of an option for what is more convenient for them.

Re: Registry Help
I registered at BBB, Macy's, and Amazon.
Macy's gives you $ back on things purchased off your registry and when you use your cc.

Re: Registry Help
we started at Macys & i was dead set against having a second registry. however, Macys discontinued the corning ware set that we wanted & i found out that BBB had it.
so i set up another register & noticed that BBB had the china chest boxes & flatware boxes that i was going to buy on my own. so we only have 6 items on the BBB registry, but they are things we would have ended up spending money on in the end.

Re: Registry Help
Thanks girls...I just saw that they had so many of the same stuff so I didn't want to start one if it only ended up having like three things on it....plus I don't register for too much stuff because I'm thinking about putting monetary gifts preferred on my invitations...what do you girls think about that part?

Re: Registry Help
I'd definite start a BBB for your essentials. Crate and Barrel is my #1 choice for registry (Love there stuff!).
