Registry Insentives BBB

Anyone know how to send away for these things. The website says you have to fill out a redemption form but I dont see anything online.

Thanks

For most of them you need to go in the store and pick up the forms with the wedding registry department.

If you are looking for the Calphalon forms you can find that online, I believe on their website. I received the free gift with registry (a chef's knife) as well as the free gift with purchase (a wok) through their site, it takes about 6-8 weeks.
