registry invite wedding website?

Would it be wrong to have a slip of velum in the invite with our wedding website on it stating

For hotel detail and other wedding information please visit our wedding website at
www.site.com

would that be wrong? It has the travel information on the webiste as well as registry info.

the website information would be on a peice of velum inside with the reception card and response card.

We have over 50 out of town guests attending so they will need this information (and they all are computer savy, even the grandparents) so I don't think that will be a problem.

I also want it to be a way to let my dad and stepmom's sides of the family know where we are registered.

See, we had a shower for that part of the family over a year ago because my stepmom was diagnosed with cancer and she was only given 8 months, she passed away this March. So, in order for her to be able to celebrate some part of the wedding while she was still healthy, they had a shower for me as soon as they found out since her health failed so quickly. So we registered at Macys and Bed Bath and Beyond real quick, but since it was so long ago they probably forgot and we have also changed places. I am from St. Louis and they give gifts rather than cash (which is fine, that's why we register) so they will need this info.

So, do you think it will look rude or informative?
