Registry Items

Original post by IrishBrideASmiling

Hi ladies! 09er crashing!

I am working on my registry and I wanted to know what was the best item you received from your registry? Are there any items you registered for and received, but was so not worth it? (item broke, not worth it, still sitting in a box, etc?)

Thanks

Favs:
My pots & pans all-clad stainless steel
Le creuset 5 1/2 quart french over
Dishes - Noritake Colorwave

Disappointments:
DELONGHI AMERICA INC ESPRS/COFMKR BCO130T BLK/SILVER = a ton of money and the damn thing leaks everywhere.

RIVAL SMART-POT SCVC604-SS 6Q CROCKPT STAINLESS = I hate it - HATE it. I am a big cooker and i can not control the temp/time at all. It just does it's own thing. Get one that has a dial that you control.

I do not recomend the cuisinart wine fridge. We have had 2 break on us! So we are done with that!

I love my braun tassimo coffee maker. And I love my calphlon and all clad stainless pans. They work great!!

Also, remember you can never have to many serving pices such as bowls, platters, cake stands etc.

We haven't used anything yet!

I'm sure I'll love our pots and pans, bakeware, pyrex dishes, and crockpot... oh, and vaccuum.

Oh - we also received but didn't register for a pasta set. I can't wait to use that!!! It has a big dish for the pasta and pasta bowls. I can't wait to make spaghetti and meatballs for it!

I also love my kitchenaide mixer although DH is more the baker than I am. We have a dyson vacuum and could now not imagine life without it!!
