Shauna's post made me think of different registry places....
I know most people register at Macys and BBB. but has anyone thought of or looking into other places that are pretty easy to get to for most people - like target, kohls, etc.
Just wondering what people thought or any experiences you might have had.
(Of course we wont be registering till the summer, but just thinkin ahead..)
TIA!

Re: registry places
We also registered on Amazon. It's great b/c you can find almost anything, most for better prices than retail stores, and most items you can also get free shipping

Re: registry places
The reason why I didnt register at Target was because their return policy s*cks. If they ran things like BBB and Macys then I would have registered there.

Re: registry places
We just did Pottery Barn this weekend. You get 10% off anything not bought so we went for it.

Re: registry places
The only place we've registered at so far is BBB. They have so much stuff...we'll probably only register at one other place (just to give people a choice).

Re: registry places
I was thinking BBB and Bloomingdales for China only. I recently bought from a registry at BBB and it was a great experience, they take expired coupons on pretty much everything, so I was able to get so much more stuff for my money. They also happily wrapped up all of the gifts I bought.
She was also registered at Macy's and you have to be careful because they have 'sale' prices that are equivalent to the regular prices at other places. They will jack up the prices to their own regular prices at times too and I had a hard time trying to get them to price match.
