the only advice I can give is that when FH and I went to BBB they told us NOT to order the shark steam mop because they dont work and everyone has been returning them like crazy. We registered for the bissel carpet cleaner from BBB and a small hand held steamer from Target HTH

thank you

I registered for 'The H2O Steam Mop and Replacement Pads $99.99 ' but I havent gotten it yet. I like how its environmentally safe too.

Oh and the sharks are horrible!! I had one once and it broke right away and my mother did as well. But i did register for a shark dust buster but I may exhange it.

my mom has the bissell. she loves it!!
