Registry Question for you all..

Registry Question for you all..

Now that my eparty is coming I'm starting to see things fly off the list.

The only thing is, now I regret adding sooo many of these things. Thankfully I can return them.

Anyone else feel that way sometimes after seeing something fufilled or am I weird?

No I felt like that too. But anything you don't absolutely love or need, you can return and get credit or cash.

Not weird. After something is bought you think to yourself 'oh, I hope I picked the right one'. You just second guess yourself. Don't worry if you change your mind you can always return it.

OMG yes!! I was constantly adding and removing stuff on my registries. I ended up getting a few thing that I thought would be great (like a $100 stainless steel garbage can that was a piece of crap and not worth $5) but returned them. B,B&B has the best return policy! they will even give you cash back if you return something that is on your registry

I feel the same way. After our engaemnt party we did alot of returning and exchanging. Fortunoffs lets you return up until 3 months after your wedding. We register for more things, then go online and delete them. Registered for china last night. I love it!

yea, it was by Simplehuman. it was definitely not worth it. the bags are expensive and reg. bags don't fit at all. the foot pedal also wasn't working right. we returned it and got an OXO trash can for $40 that is so much better.

that was just 1 example though. a few other things I registered for were dissapointing quality.

Wow, it's probably the one I registered for! Was it the semi-round one??? My parents have a simplehuman one and they love it, it's the butterfly one.

As for the original post, I went through a few weeks were I was adding/deleting a lot, and now I'm pretty content with what's on there, but again, this may change when it gets closer! The manager at BB&B did say, whatever you do, don't delete anything purchased on your registry because then they can only give you store credit, and not cash back.

yup, it was the semi round. maybe it was just the one I got, but for $100, I was not impressed.

The George Forman grill is on our BB&B registry and someone bought it. I'm glad you're saying I can return for cash..or I'll just get something else on there I really want. There are a few other stupid things too..but that was a big one.

That's what I thought. I felt a little weird putting a trash can on my registry but we'll see! Maybe I'll go for a smaller butterfly one, like my parents have. Since it's rectangular and not a semi-rounded shape, I'm sure they use regular bags in it.
