Hi girls, what vacuum did you register for? I want a reliable one that can handle mostly hardwood but also area rugs, and I really want attachments that will help me vacuum the stairs easily. Thanks!

this is what I had originally registered for. I just recently used it at a friend's house and hated it! I just changed my registry and got a smaller canister vacuum with attachments.

I registered for a canister dyson

ETA: I got the small one. I don't know if they have it anymore. It's th days on city canister. I got it for Christmas last year

I am registered for the smaller dyson..I can't imagine its that much of a difference. I get so excited when I see the commercials!

Thank you! I just looked at the reviews and they look great. I think this is a happy medium between an upright and a canister w/ attachments! Thanks!

I registered for this one as well. I felt like the Dyson would be too bulky for me.

This!! My sister as it and LOVES it!

My moms Dyson broke after a year the whole hose ripped.

So my mom works for Bed bath and beyond and says the MOST returns she gets for vacuums are the dyson ones and pretty much any shark product. With that said... she had A LOT to say about my vacuum choices. I went into it knowing which one I wanted which was neither a shark nor a dyson.

This was the one I wanted and put on our registry that we actually just bought. Its freakin' awesome. I have mostly bare floors in the apartment (ugly linoleum like tile things... ugh) and area rugs.

My friend was just looking for a vacuum for her place with stairs and hardwood and said this one is great.
