Things are starting to come off the registry, wee! It seems so soon...my shower's a surprise, but i'm sure i'll figure out when it is.
This weekend our luggage was purchased!!

yay so exciting! maybe your invites just went out and a few people went out early to buy stuff :)
Mine is this weekend.. I saw a TON of stuff go in the beginning, but nothing has been bought for like 2-3 weeks at all.. We still have alot left though, so I'm starting to get a little worried :( Hopefully more stuff starts to get bought this week-there 60-65 yesses for the shower, so stuff should be going soon!

totally! I removed/added based on things that went because you start to see patterns that form... my dinnerware went quickly, and I decided to add more from the collection like the platter and vegetable bowl and stuff because of that... but I've also deleted items too that I realized we just really don't need

Thanks!!! My Macy's registry went in like 3 days so I moved stuff from pottery barn to Macy's-and just added about 7 things to macys!! It's exciting to watch!!

i am dying to check mine but i am having some self control!
As guilty as i am of registry stalking, FH is a million times worse!! He wants to look every day. Thank goodness my shower is in 2 weeks and we can stop the madness

It's such a nice feeling to see things come off your registry!! I had my bridal shower last week and I was looking every other day until 1 week before so I can be a little surprised at all the things that were actually bought lol

I do have a lot left, but I see people buying stuff at a rate of like 1-2 items a day. I think people are guilty of procrastinating with buying the gifts (I've done it) until the last minute. Plus, people are going to buy gifts that aren't on the registry.

that's true.. I registered at macys and I know there is a sale beginning on Wednesday so i'm assuming that things will start to go then... I did happen to notice that ALOT of what I registered for was online only items, so I frantically just switched a bunch of things for items that are available in store! lol i'm such a registry stalker

Oh yeah, I am sure your guests are stalking that sale! I registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and most certainly noticed an increase in gifts bought coinciding with the mailing of the coupons! I've also stalked my registry because Bed, Bath, and Beyond's stock changed frequently and I have had the same issue about things spontaneously going online only. What I thought was weird about my registry is that the most expensive items went first! I honestly expected the mid-price stuff to go and it is still mostly there. I am so excited! I hope you and your guests have fun at your shower!
