Registry switch *Fortunoff girls should read*

Hey ladies!

I stopped into Bloomingdales this afternoon and went into the registry section. I explained the situation with Fortunoff (even though we still haven't heard officially what's going to happen). The woman accessed our registry right there and is switching all the china over for us. Totally easy and not a big deal at all. They have a lot of the same stuff as Fortunoff. I didn't even have to wait, she said she'd mail me the info and gave me her card.
This lady is amazing!! I think they're very well prepared for this. Great experience, great customer service.

So if/when you decide to switch your registry, it will be taken care of!

Just an FYI the woman who helped me gave me her card, her name is Irma Gonzales. She was so great and emailed me our new registry last night!
She was at the Roosevelt Field Bloomingdales.

I know~~ i had the same good situation at Macys yesterday thankfully they r ready for this and very helpful!

Did you delete your registry from Fortunoffs? Did you have to call up to have them delete it or anything?
