I know it's been posted before but why, oh, why do people insist on buying things NOT on the registry and ask you before hand if you'd like the item if you got it as a gift? If I liked it that much, I would have registered for it! Now, I'm not talking about unique items that people give, that's great! I'm talking about sheets that people feel are nicer or somehow better than the particular ones you picked yourself. AHHHHHHHHHH!

That would be so bad....but it actually is an item on my registry..I have just the tissue holder an lotion dispenser and someone bought just the tissue holder...come on man

Oh yeah. I have the sugar and creamer from my casual china but no plates. Hey, it's ok. I can always just get white styrofoam plates and they'll match.

My FMIL loves garage sales and sometimes she will take things from other peoples garbage! GROSS!! I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR over the weekend that I do not do that and if I should ever receive anything that I thought even remotley came from either of these places- it will be going back to where it came...The Garbage!!!

oooooh.... my bad. I read that they bought you a completely unmatching tissue holder from what you registered for.
See? What YOU wrote is what I'm worrying about! I registered for some things that are $14.99 that match a set of things that cost around the same price, figuring that people would do what I would do and buy the whole set of those cheaper things as one big gift. But apparently people don't do that and just buy a $15 gift. Nice... I would NEVER do that!!!

I love it when they buy one thing from the registry and then other stuff there for you that you didn't want..so my registry now says 'Requested 0 - Purchased 1' all over the place. I have that on 2 different registries now. Thankfully BB&B gives you a cash refund.

While we're on registry complaints...How would you guys like it if you worked for the store where you registered, then your family and friends all called you for a discount on your gifts? Well, it happened in my family. TACKY. Nuff said.
