registry vent

if ONE more person tells me that can't get on my registry for bloomingdales i am going to scream. online AND at the store. Of course...I am peeking - that goes without saying - and i never have a problem...but VERY reliable sources (my mom and FMIL) who are very computer literate are having the problem. And my friend WENT there and couldn't pull it up at the kiosk! I have complained to bloomingdales so many times i cannot tell you. just a word from the newly wise. Keep checking and make sure to keep calling if there is a problem! Although they keep telling me there is nothing wrong..... Meanwhile, Restoration Hardware is a dream both online and in-store.

Thanks for listening!

Re: registry vent

jennbaby,
What problems are you experiencing with the site.
I always add to my registry via their website...

Re: registry vent

Jennbaby,

It might be that you just registered this week - I think it takes them time to proccess. I have had no problems with fortunoff or BB&B (I probably just jinxed myself )

Re: registry vent

I am registered at JC Pennys and Fortunoffs. No problems with either online or in the store.
The ONLY problem I have had is that some stranger used my registry by accident to purchase a gift, had it taken off my registry and gave the gift. The bride, of course, must have looked at the stuff and had NO idea why she got it. So she returned it to the store. BUT it was never put back on my registry since the gift giver had no idea she used the wrong one. One of my favoriate things on my registry too! Which totally stucked because I have been so excited about getting it when I saw that it was off the list. I only know about this because the 2 items have been off my registry since March and I have had my e-party and shower. So I called Fortunoffs to ask who purchased the gift- my stepmother just knew something was wrong- and I had never heard of the person. So the customer service rep explained what most likely happened and fixed the problem. But my fingers are crossed that I get it for the wedding.
