registry: wedgewood and waterford

registry: wedgewood and waterford

Hello ladies

So I wanted your opinion on this issue. As some of you may have heard waterford and wedgewood are going under, I believe they have filed for bankrupcy and have shut their plant.

now I am very concerned about our registry as some of our items where wedgewood and waterford. Yesterday we went to bloomies and macys to change our registry and waterford and wedgewood are EVERYWHERE. We ended up changing some things around but I feel stuck. My concern is we register for stuff and then it doesn't get completed and we can't buy the items or the item breaks and we can't replace it.

thoughts??????????
anyone else changing their registry as a result?

Honestly, I can't imagine that someone wouldn't buy them out. Wedgewood and Waterford are a huge industry in Ireland. It is not like Fortunoffs here where their are only x amount of stores. Wedgewood and Waterford are everywhere. Wait it out a few weeks and see what happens before you start changing things.

'09er crashing I just called BBB and they said they haven't heard anything at all, which I'm taking as a sign that Wedgewood will either restructure or be bought out. HTH!
