Re: Registry's

i'm registered @ BBB and macy's. i had good experiences with BBB for my e-party in sept. however, a few people tried to use the registries to buy christmas gifts, and i was sorely disappointed with both. less than half the items purchased were taken off the registry (which makes returns w/o a receipt interesting) and several people complained to me that they had to comb the store to find a single item in stock. BBB sold my brother broken china and a food processor in the wrong color (and he had assistance from the bridal dept). i had broken wine glasses delivered to me THREE separate times from BBB (i'm still waiting to get a set intact). also, macy's charges about 30% more than BBB across the board for identical items (same brand, etc.) i'm reconsidering both.

BBB does have a good return policy...as long as its on your registry you can get cash back. I am only registering there and doing a honeymoon registry...how do u guys feel about that?

So far we did Macy's and it has been fine. I think we will do BBB later on.
