Re: Regular foundation VS Airbrush
airbrush goes on smoother, looks flawless, feel very light and lasts longer. Keep in mind that if has to be done by someone that has experience doing it. I've had it done by somone that had no idea what she was doing and it looked awful!
But it looks amazing if it's done by the right person.

Re: Regular foundation VS Airbrush
Reg foundation is kind of heavier than the airbrush makeup. Airbrush is ligher, lasts all day and wont smudge. If you look in my album my make up trial was done with airbrush

Re: Regular foundation VS Airbrush
i did trials for both---and airbrush felt so light and airy--there was just no comparison. it stayed alllllllllll day long and helped keep my make up looking fresh.
i also did airbrush makeup for a wedding i was in last wknd--and alll day long we received so many compliments about it--it was unreal.
Jacqueline Nicole is FANTASTIC with aibrush--chk her out!

YES make sure its someone who really knows alot about airbrush...you will see some girls say that with airbrush their face streaked and got real greasy but thats only if they dont know how to use it...i read a site for airbrush and its products and ppl asking questions and someone answering their questions about airbrush and you had make up artists on there asking why it streaked so bad when they did it and the person was telling them bc they set it on wrong, or used the wrong product. Airbrush is supposed to be lighter and if done right it is, it comes out great in pictures and gives it a flawless look.
Here is what my make up artist told me bc i asked her how come some girls say it felt so light and others say it was real heavy and oily.
Theres 3 type of airbrush foundations, water based, silicone based, and a 3rd used JUST for professional photo shoots
Water based is what they should use, it is the lightest
silicone based-it has oils in it and is heavier...our skin produces oil, so to put an oil based product is like painting with oil on an oil canvas, its only natural it will streak. Its alot heavier and not for an all day thing
3rd-should ONLY be used for magazine photoshoots, it gives that very shiny effect but it is EXTREMELY heavy and only looks good in pictures.

Re: Regular foundation VS Airbrush
i actually had the opposite happen to me. my first trial was w. airbrush and after 2 hrs it looked like i hade no makeup on. then i tried regular foundation and it was so much better. i think it depends on who is applying it and what kind of skin you have. try both and see which one u like better.

I also did not like airbrush. It actually felt too cakey and I felt like I looked older with it on! I much rather use regualr makeup. I think it totally depends on your skin type.

I used Jacqueline Nicole. I also went with one of my BM who is also getting married and she hated it!!! With my BM I understood cause she NEVER wears makeup. But I always do, and I also found it strange that I didn't like it. I felt like it made me look tired.

hahaha thats bc i asked her about all this bc i was curious if it was skin type or what it was that made ppl have a different effect with airbrush, i wanted to see what would be the best option for me, and i also did some research online on airbrush lol

Oksana doesnt do airbrush...I loved my make up artist well obviously if i booked her lol, Maureen Pedala...But whoever you do a trial with, ask them if they do the airbrush with a water based foundation or a silicone based foundation, if they say silicone tell them NO you dont want that
