regular or airbrush makeup?

Hi girls, I know a lot of people say its not a big difference, regular makeup from airbrush but ive had both and i liked the airbrush better, BUT the problem is ive had a girl booked for a while now and i recently found out they dont do airbrush even though they said they did, so with only 19 days till the wedding do i try to find somone else that will come to my house on the day of the wedding that will do airbrush or just keep the girl i have and use the regular makeup? I think airbrush will last longer and look better....what should I do??

I would say if your happy with the way she did your makeup, especially with the eyes then I would say keep her. With 19 days left you dont want to be scrambling for a mu artist. Thats one thing you cant play around with. If you dont FEEL beautiful that day EVERYTHING will not feel right...

Did she do airbrush at your trial?

You not losing anything by looking for someone while you still have time.

i wrestled with this very same thing for almost a month a little while ago... i know you have 19 days, which doesn't feel like a lot of time...however, if you want to look and see if you can find someone that does do airbrushing and can make you look like you want, i say go for it. you want to feel beautiful on your wedding day! that doesn't mean if you get airbrushed versus traditional you are more or less 'beautiful' it's just what you feel comfortable with. if you think you really want it, i say look and see what you can do. no harm in looking! you never know. i had 4 trials myself - 3 with traditional, 1 with airbrush. i thought the traditional artists did a great job, i was happy...but i didn't LOVE the feel of all the makeup since i don't wear a lot of makeup anyway. for me the airbrush felt very natural and it lasted a lot longer. i ended up booking with a airbrush MU artist. but the reason i felt good about it, was because i tried it a few different ways and felt good about what i chose. you definitely owe yourself the piece of mind to at least look!....

wow, i'm wordy!

sorry!

If your not happy and you have the time to look then theres nothing wrong with attempting to find someone just dont cancel your girl =)) You should feel beautiful and comfortable the day of because it will show in your pictures and you will feel it on your day of...

Good luck with everything! Have an amazing day and dont worry no matter what you are going to be the most gorgeous girl that day! ITS YOUR DAY! =)))))

Airbrush make-up does look like it evens out the skin to provide a flawless coverage and stays on longer. I never got it done before since I did regular make up on the day of my wedding. Honestly, if you don't have oily or bad skin, I wouldn't sweat it too much with the airbrush make-up. I think the regular make-up will feel a lot more lighter and natural than airbrush. Airbrush make-up looks too caked in pictures. Stick with the person that was going to do your make-up esp if you liked how it turned out.

I've done both. I did airbrush for my b-pics, and I did two trials with my wedding makeup artist with regular makeup (wanted to try different looks). Honestly, I think airbrush looks SICK in photos, but really dry and fake in person on me. For the wedding, I want to look as good in person as in pics, so I'm doing regular makeup for the wedding.

I am doing airbrush. The main difference is that its supposed to stay on all day with no touchups.

I would say that if you want airbrush you have a few days to look around and see if anyone does it. If they can do a trial and if they are free.

If you want to put the work into loking, do it. If its too much stay with your girl.

I am doing airbrush.. I have to say personally I did both and the airbrush covered everything.. every blemish and line! And it literally stayed on ALL NIGHT.. I was scrubbing it off my face at the end of the night and it looked like when it was applied... its great. I loved it
