past brides: did you have your rehearsal the night before your wedding?

We are having ours two nights before (Thursday night for a Saturday wedding).
We are doing this because we have a day wedding (11 AM Church ceremony) and we want to enjoy our RD!

Our rd is schedule for the night before because our church only does rehearsals on Fri and we have a lot of oot guest

we had our RD on Thursday and our wedding was Saturday night.
We did Thursday because it was Bridal party only, most of them live in NYC (our wedding was on LI) and I didn't want to have to entertain the night prior.

I had mine 2 nights before...I didn't want it the night before.
