Re: Rehearsal Dinner
Yup bc you typically still have a rehearsal at the RH to go over your ceremony with your BP and officiant.
Well at least this is what we're doing and our DOC said it was a very good idea to have a run through so there isn't any (or much) confusion the day of.

I scheduled our rehearsal with the RH back in July for the Thursday night before the wedding. Even if the area we are having our ceremony in is being used we can use another room. The point of it is to really just do a 'dry run' of the procession and the ceremony. It's a good idea to do especially when you have young FG & RB's. Also for the readers so they know when they are expected to read.

Re: Rehearsal Dinner
I am getting married at the hall and I am having a rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. Even if we don't actually 'rehearse,' I'm still having the dinner because it's the ONE thing FMIL agreed to pay for so it will just be a dinner for the bridal party, parents, officiant, etc.

Re: Rehearsal Dinner
I'm still debating....It's one more expense I'd rather do without! Since we would have to pick up the bill. XOXOXO Kitty

Re: Rehearsal Dinner
No, we're not having one. We're having a rehearsal in the temple b4 the ceremony and since his family is in LI and we're in NJ we'd just have a small dinner close to the hotel in Jersey the Friday b4 the wedding. Only family though. Our wedding doesn't start till 8:30 PM on Sat night

Re: Rehearsal Dinner
We are having a dinner the night before at the hotel where the OOT will be staying. We will go over the order and we will give out the gifts to whomever we have to.
