What is a usual or average price per plate at a rehearsal dinner?

We're paying $27 and that includes unlimited beer and wine.

La Grova on Middle Country Road in Lake Grove. I've been going there since I was a little girl and the food is amazing!

I don't think our was more than $30 pp with beer and wine. We had it at Family Restaurant in Forest Hills, Queens.

$19pp including unlimited beer and wine, hot and cold appetizers, salad, pasta, main course, etc.

we had it at gallery 4 restaurant in lynbrook (my favorite!). it was fabulous!

the 'typical' RH places wanted 2-3 times that amount which i wouldn't pay since my wedding was only $70pp!

My inlaws paid for it.....Probably $40's I THINK, it could have been alittle more, it included unlimited beer and wine, a glass of champage for the toast me and DH made, a cake, appetizers and unlimited drinks. I think thats it?
Oh yeah they also have us these really cool personalized placemats with me and Dhs name on it!

Normally, people will spend $30 something. Thats a common price. . . .I would think. JMO.

If you break down the number we paid $110 per person. We closed the restaurant above manhattan motors for the evening, and had access to the show room, open bar, full cocktail hour, appetizers, salad, main course, and dessert, everyone was allowed to pick anything off of the regular menu. They didnt charge per person they charged us what they would normally make on a Thursday night. We could have had 300 people there if we wanted to.

My inlaws threw it, thats why it was inexpensive,I guess! If it was up to my mom, she'd probably wanna have it in NYC!!
