Rehearsal Dinner

does anyone have a suggestion for a good RD location out east? We are getting married in Westhampton & we have a block of rooms in Riverhead (Best Western), so I guess something in between those 2 towns. I haven't lived in NY in about 6 years so I am out of the loop!

TIA!
