Can you ladies suggest a location for a rehearsal dinner in Suffolk county?


also if any of you have prices and doesn't mind postingthem, it will be very helpful.

I'm having mine at Desmond's in Wading River (East Wind Caterers). If you are not booked at East Winds the price is I think $35+. I'll have to check my paperwork though. Give me a few.

You're welcome. I was wrong on the price though:

$24.95/person Sunday-Thursday

$29.95/person Friday and Saturday

Also, keep in mind how far out on the island Wading River is.

We're having ours at Cafe Amici's in Selden. They are 4 packages to pick from; the cheapest being $21 pp and the most being $29pp. HTH!

where is located, I know there is one in the city, but I'm not sure of the one on the Island.

We chose Peters Pasta in babylon village it was very comparable to most of the other places we checked out and it has the nicest ambiance.

It is not a pizza place with a back room it is only a restaurant which is what we wanted.

Rachelle, I think Debi said it's in Farmingdale, close to the new Marriott she's using for the wedding. There will be a private room, but there is a 40 person minimum. I saw pics, and it looks pretty. But I am not familiar with LI Counties. Mary MOB

I cant decide weather to do Captain Bill's in Bayshore or La Bella Pamero in Babylon.
They are both very good and about 27pp

We're thinking of the Beach Tree in East Islip (it's close to the church in bayshore) It's around 30 pp ish with beer and wine and they have a private upstairs room which is a definate prerewquisite for us. We also considered Declan Quinns-- which is a bar but has a private room in the back-- friends of ours own it and it's right around the block from st. pats- but we havent' decided either way. I'm thinking for 27pp that captain bills might be nice. We hadnt thought of them. Is that plus plus??

Anyone know details on Molly Malones?

Hey! We did a retirement party at the Blue Lagoon Restaurant on Route 109 in Lindenhurst. It was a buffet for 4 hours with open bar and dessert. I think it was like $40 p/p. HTH!

That is where FH and I had our 1st date and then went back on our 1 year anniversary--love it there too!
