i am pretty sure were rehearsing a couple hours before the wedding. and it seems like no one will be around until the day of the wedding. we have a wedding party of 8 (3GM 3 BM and 2 FG) two of the three groomsmen, one flower girl and FH's parents will be out of state until that morning. so all that's left is FH my mom and 3 BMs and FG it seems a little mean to have a dinner where everyone cant come... i was thinking maybe we could do a breakfast the next morning at the hotel instead? opinions please???

Re: rehearsal dinner
My theory is you don't HAVE to do anything
I'm having one that's just consisting of the parents and wedding party. no 'plus ones'. so just about 10 people. not making a big deal about it

Re: rehearsal dinner
U don't have to have one, we are doing a meet and greet for all the guests staying at the hotel the night before, we r using the conference room there. We r just having food we will buy at costco some cupcakes, heros, cookies, alcohol, chips, sushi, salad and we r going to give everyone their guests baskets there. We will also be playing movies of us on the screen in the room. Very casual. We will be giving the wedding party their presents here. I think you are going to be way too busy to have a breakfast, I think it should be a day to sit back and get pampered for hair and makeup.

Re: rehearsal dinner
you don't have to do anything you don't want to do. We're actually not doing one, because everything is being done at the hall. So a few minutes on the day of should suffice.
