Rehearsal Dinner.....

My church told me it has to be the night before our wedding. It will start at 7:30 and then we will go for dinner. I just feel like this will be stressful for me. Won't I have a million things to do the night before????? I just wanted to relax that night and get ready for the next day. Has this happened to anyone else?

i wouldnt do it the night before, i agree with you i just wanna chill out the day before my wedding.... im planning to do mine the week before

The priest told me that the only way I would be able to have it the week before is if another wedding isn't booked for that weekend. As of right now, it is free. I doubt another wedding will book for November at this point. I have to call the Deacon and request it a few months before.

I agree. I would not want it the night before. Our wedding is on a Sunday and Sunday wedding have Thursday rehearsals. We were so happy about this.

If you think about, if the rehearsal is from 7:30 - 8:00 and get get a restaurant close by then the RD will be from 8:30 - 11:30. Then by the time you get home and everything is settled down it is going to be late.

I would ask them if it can be changed.

what about if you do it on a weekday like a thursday?

what about if you do it on a weekday like a thursday?

They do the rehearsals the Thursday before the wedding. My wedding is on a Friday
I'm just going to tell myself not to stress and it will all work out
