Rehearsal dinner

Rehearsal dinner

I know I am a ways away...
When I book my DOC she had said that many people opt not to have a rehearsal dinner. So we changed our mind about having one.
Now i'm rethinking- my girls have been great about their dresses and all choosing to have makeup and hair done...
should I reinstate the rehearsal dinner, even though I cut it out of the budget?

We r def having one, nomatter how tight money is when the time comes. To me its a very important night to thank all of the ppl who are closet and who have supported u thru your engagement, you dnt really get the chance to do this at the actual wedding. Yo give them a gift, say a speech of thanks. You can always have a less extravegant one in someones home or small restaurant.

i think its a nice time to get together with everyone in the wedding party to say thank you to them and to just have a fun relaxing evening before the wedding with those people who matter most...maybe do something that's a little cheaper a week before like brunch if money is an issue or an afternoon dinner?
