I was wondering if anyone had considered having their rehearsal dinner at the hotel most of their oot guests are staying at. Has anyone looked into this? I'm thinking about the Wingate or the Uniondale Marriott (we're planning to block rooms at one of those places). Both places have spaces you can use, and I know the Wingate allows you to cater it yourself (don't know about the Marriott) for an extra fee.

Re: Rehearsal dinner at hotel?
We are -- it just made sense for us.
Also the hotel might give you a good deal, since so many people are staying there.
As long as the hotel can do what you want -- go for it.

Re: Rehearsal dinner at hotel?
we will most likely do a bbq near the hotel, or else dinner at the hotel. west point is also an army base, and you have to get searched each time you enter- i think once people are on base we will just stay.
