i never heard of this.... do ppl have brunch or lunch for a rehearsal gathering? trying to keep price @ a min....

it can be whatever you want it to be.....you would have rehersal in the AM or even do the rehersal afterwards...everyone would be fed and happy and on time!

It can be anytime...just make sure all your guests can make it at the reserved time.

We had a brunch the Sunday before our wedding and it worked out awesome! Everyone loved the idea of doing something during the day and it was a lot cheaper. I think we paid about $20pp for a sit down brunch. It was crudite and cheese and crackers, then sesame chicken saté, an option of like 4 entrees, and a delicious mud pie! It also included Bloody Mary's and Mimosas as well as coffee and tea. No one left hungry and we saved a couple of hundred dollars.

we just booked our RD, and it is a luncheon for the Saturday before our wedding day..
I really don't think it matters, People will have something to say, no matter what you do so... Do What is better for YOU!
